"Air conditioning in the room was warmer than wished and that made sleep difficult but given the temperature outside we were still glad we had it. Breakfast was the most varied I had in a long time and excellent."

"Budget hotel, really like that they had streaming on their television. No kettle in the room, but they let you used the hot water dispenser and microwave downstairs. It's a very old hotel, but great for solo travelers. About 15 minutes walk to the Mestre station to get into Venice, unless you get lucky and catch the tram. I got in at 10am, they store my luggage while I went and explored Venice. There's a grocery store across the street to the left and a very nice plaza to the right, with a 4 story mall. Also saw two laundromat down the street."
