Recently refurbished motel with very basic accommodations. Breakfast choices were below expectations. Staff was mildly interactive, but not really friendly. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the experience was about as expected for the price.

The overall stay was great. My complaint is that I reserved a room with a king sized bed and got two queens. Also, there was nowhere to hang our hanging clothes.

Nice to still smell the fresh paint.
Would be nice to have hanging rod and clothes hangers. Also, soap shelf in shower would be nice, but I understand why not - some folks have the need to break things.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft. Ice machine available but the room was without ice bucket. The trash cans were too small. Overall the stay was good.

The front desk was friendly and helpful, my only complaint is the cleaning crew knocked on the door and open the door immediately did not give us a chance to come to the door, this happened twice, plus I had I do not disturb sign up.

The bathtub had no mat so was VERY slippery. Also a roach was seen in the room. The room was very musty smelling when we got there like it was never aired out. Lastly, there were no blankets on the beds.

This is a hidden gem. A new ownership has taken this place and turned it into a nice little spot to stay on the outskirts of town. They completely stripped the entire building internally and replaced everything sheetrock and all. They just reopened and it’s is emasculate inside and out. Everything is fresh, new and modern. The beds comfortable, ac works like a dream, and they have large flat screens with a large refrigerator/freezer instead of the normal mini. Price is right and the location makes it convenient to the college or anywhere else. Highly recommend. The staff is super friendly as well.
