"We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece."

"We were greeted by Noah and he served us breakfast each morning and made our stay more pleasant with his cheerfulness. We slept over the Pub and surprisingly had a great nights sleep for all three nights! We were in walking distance of market square and city shopping! Parks close by and Cam river. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Great value. Excellent location and very comfortable environment with many wonderful amenities. I was worried it would be a little too bare-bones, so to speak, but it wasn't at all, and now I'm not sure what had given me that impression, but I was and am quite glad to be wrong."

"The staff were very helpful especially the manager who kindly arranged for us to change rooms as we are sensitive to road noise. However the hotel decor fixtures and fittings were tired and in need of refurbishment. Not what we expect at an Hotel du Vin having been regular customers in other hotels of this group around the country."

"Beautiful location and comfortable and well maintained lodgings. Thoroughly recommend. Breakfast in hall was wonderful."
