"I have stayed here several times. The room was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were helpful when we had a non-standard request (needed to print a document). Fairly good location, although a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants."

"We traveled as a family with a dog. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean with a beautiful city view. Staff was nice, breakfast was very good. We had mixed experience with mattresses. Some of us could t sleep because the matrass was too soft/worn out. Others slept well)). We loved the indoor pool as well. It was a little cold, so having sauna there would be great. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again! "

"The overall experience was good. Staff was very amiable. The room was clean. I thought the rate we paid was outrageous, but unfortunately comparable to other hotels on the area. One thing I fail to understand is how a hotel with 8 floors (unknown number of rooms) finds it ok to have 26 chairs for their breakfast buffet. Further, when trays of hot food run out, it isn't replaced on a timely manner. The reason I choose Holiday Inn in large part is because of their breakfast. I was a bit disappointed this time. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay."

"The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was perfect. I do wish that the breakfast started a half hour earlier so we could have taken advantage of it but I did have time to grab a quick coffee on the go and it was excellent as well. Highly recommended. "

"Coffee maker briken in the lobby. Ice and water machine brken on my floor. There is no closet only open hanging space and if your under 6' you may struggle to get hangers on and off the rack. The on site resteraurants had nice ambiance but the food was bland and ourageously priced."
