Overall a nice hotel.
The hotel is situated quite close to the beach and in easy walking distance to the main activities. It was kept clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was of a nice size with a view overlooking the pool area. The maids came daily and changed the towels and cleaned the room.
Unfortunately the pool is very small and has limited space for sun beds around the pool. Due to the high wall on one side and the hotel on the other, most of the area where you can put a bed is covered by shade for long periods of the day.
Due to this we either spent the day at the beach, where the sun beds and umbrellas cost 13 euros a day or we went to our friends hotel and stayed at their pool.
The food is ok, as it is all cooked well and always hot, however, it is very bland, and didn’t look appetising. The choices seemed repetitive and not a lot of choice. The snack restaurant during the day was very nice for snacks and had a good choice to please everyone.
We took all inclusive as it only cost an extra £50, usual local brands instead of the preferred ones which can be bought at a cost, if you are AI you can purchase for 50% of the price. The bar staff were very nice and friendly. The bar area is very comfortable and looks 4*, the entertainment we did see was by the hotels entertainment team which was ok, but required guest participation.
We went out most nights for food and drink in the local bars in Palma Nova, which we enjoyed.
