Very friendly greeting on arrival. Very good location near the city centre. Room was spotless. Even though 'dated' facilities were all you needed for a very comfortable stay.

This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. We sat in the foyer for almost an hour then when I approached the Duty Manager he me told the room had been ready for awhile. Clearly they hadn't noted ...
