"The standard room was small. The walls thin. I could hear a couple doing things with a happy ending, felt embarrassed as I was travelling with my daughter. The spa was a nice experience, the pool area was clean, I got 48€ credit from Expedia which I spent on lunch and soft drinks. Location was good. The beach was 5 mins down the road. The public transport was 7 mins. So a good experience and the hotel lobby smelt nice. The breakfast was amazing too."

"We honestly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and not that far from much of anything at all. Upon arrival, you’re greeted with water or champagne. Although we requested to be on the highest floor, we were in the building opposite of the main hotel and it was pretty quiet. No noise from neighbors except I could occasionally hear someone turning on their faucet or shower. Staff was very pleasant. They even went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday extra special after they confirmed our dinner reservation. The SkyBar was extremely underwhelming and staff up there didn’t seem to care about what they were doing. They even closed early one night we went up to grab a drink. The pools are not deep at all up there so you’re standing the whole time you’re in the pool. The pools downstairs are better but you have to get there early to secure a lounge chair. I will say, although the hotel itself is quiet, the area seems to be very popular for German tourists that are looking to party and for that reason I wouldn’t stay again because of noise, chaotic energy. but if it wasn’t for that I would return back to the hotel."

"Basic room, knew that when I booked. Good price, clean, comfy beds. Away from the nightlife noise (thankfully) although currently next door hotel is being refurbished, so a lot of early noise from that. Pool only had 8 beds for the whole place, but local beach is about a 10mins walk and is a lovely beach, can walk out a very long way before it gets deep. Sunbeds on the beach are €8ea and sun shades the same price for the day. There is a luggage storage room for late departures. Bus from the airport took about 20mins (literally 2 stops). And a 5min maximum walk from the bus stop. Mix of nationalities resort. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling."

"The room was fantastic (especially the shower). Light, spacious, and airy. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast had a large variety to suit most people. The bar / restaurant was very relaxed, lovely atmosphere. We didn't use the pool, but it was well kept, with lovely seating areas around. Just a lovely holiday and we've booked to go again next year."
