A nice stay. Good sized clean room but bathroom was a little disappointing and old fashioned, but is not a huge problem. Staff very nice. Parking excellent . Breakfast was good. Pool is excellent. Area around is really nice and the beach is very lovely. Very safe area. Great place for walking and running. Another highlight was the resident parrot - so cute. Thank you to the staff. My son left his iPad laying around which was handed in and reception held on to it for him. Would stay again.

This hotel was located within walking distance of the North Sea. The hotel was very nice, the beach was also very nice.

Not quite there, and a little pricey for a 3 star
Stains on sofa, bed pillows where well past there best very uncomfortable. Also rather strange breakfast combinations. And a fridge would of been useful in a room marketed as a suite also big damp stain on bedroom wall unmissable

They technically have everything amazing place to stay nothing was missing and the very flexible with check out nice indoor pool and outstanding staff member specially Kyra she is the best thanks a lot for recover my lost weeding ring.!!

Not bad for a 3 star, restaurant was a little hit and miss and I was served raw chicken one evening with no refund for the meal. Hotel has a lot of dogs staying in rooms and the corridors are quite strong with dog odour but the rooms are nice and big

Very nice hotel.
The hotel is very nice, there is a big free parking, green field all around, the staff is very helpful and kind. breakfast was good. we really enjoyed the hotel. three is a pool and sauna, but we didn't use them. The bar is open until late which was great for us arriving past 10 pm.

The staff is great, breakfast was very good. Restaurant was nice with tasty menu. Room was very small, towels were sparingly distributed, no airco so room was very hot at night. Parking was difficult with not enough room for guests. Location is so so.

Staff is excellent Treat me like family. I will always return here if possible. Hotel could use a better or more complete TV program availability especially in English as there are a lot of work and tourist travelers.

We were only there one night but the room was clean. We had supper in the town center so i cant speak to the kitchen but the breakfast was good the next morning. The breakfast was not an up-charge at this hotel unlike a number of other hotels we stayed at this trip. The hotel does not have air conditioning in the room so you need to leave the balcony door open at night inviting mosquitos and other things in.

Great place to explore the N Netherlands from!
The location is great. 20 minutes from the ferry to Texel. Walking distance from tulips in the spring and sand dunes. Bike trail on the road. Even during a long holiday weekend during tulip season, we didn't find the area crowded at all. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking across the street. Breakfast wasn't fancy but well presented and a included scrambled eggs and bacon. Room was clean and spacious There were two issues with the room/hotel though - a peculiar smell in the bathroom and spotty internet. Once I was able to stay connected for over an hour; the rest no more than 5-10 minutes. But I'd still recommend or stay there again.

A little out of the way, but a great place to stay
We had booked this initially as a 'stop-over' location, on our way to Hoek Van Holland. But we were very surprised by the location and what it provided to us. We arrived a bit later, but just before the kitchen closed at night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, and allowed us to check in quickly so we could order some food. The food was very good and pretty well, considering it was end-of-day. The rooms are open and comfortable, and held up well to the weather(it was a bit stormy and extremely windy, since we are by the water). The beds were very comfortable, but the single beds were not quite as comfortable. Still, they provided a good nights sleep. Everything is modern and pleasing. The bathroom is roomy enough to have a good shower and move around. The included breakfast in the morning was tasty and had a good variety of items to choose from. The downsides were that the place Is under renovation, so there was some mess in the reception area. Not a big deal, as it was out of the way and will be rectified once renos are complete. Also, the heater in the bathroom is within inches from the toilet, and if you are not aware, you can be caught off guard if you touch..it can get pretty hot. And last, and not sure why, but when we checked in, they advised us that dinner would be paid on the morning and charged to our bill, After we ate, the waitress said she was advised we had to pay now, and no reason was provided. We didn't mind paying, but it was just odd

Seeing Dunes and the Nordsea after familyvisit
I think this is important to know for customers! Price and quality were in good balance we look forward for another stay in future. They asked for taxes and fees Euro 4 (we stayed 1 night). I show my reservation including taxes and fees Euro 3.80 than it was okay. I had already paid it to Hotel.com!

Guten Morgen, leider ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen, eine Modernisierung wäre notwendig. Die Türen und Wasserabflüsse sind so laut, so dass es allgemein sehr hellhörig war, ansonsten eine schöne Umgebung und wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter

Wir hatten drei Zimmer für vier Personen gebucht. Check in war um 14:30 Uhr nicht möglich sondern erst um 15:00uhr, zu dem Zeitpunkt wo die Zimmer frei sind. Das fanden wir sehr unflexibel. Darüber hinaus war die Kurtaxe noch fällig, die wurde für 6 Personen berechnet anstatt für drei. In einem der drei Zimmer haben wir dann noch eine angebrochene Flasche Whisky im Kleiderschrank gefunden. Ein absolutes no Go. Frühstück Auswahl war sehr eingeschränkt

De kamer was gerenoveerd. Dat was dan ook het enige positieve aan het verblijf. Bij binnenkomst in het hotel voelde het als een kale ongezellige bedoening. Personeel was niet hartelijk, en wanneer ze het wel waren, leek het erg nep. Ontbijt was goed, diner viel erg tegen. Gelukkig was de kamer netjes en schoon. Het bedrag erg zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk. Kortom, een oud hotel, dat nodig styling nodig heeft. En het personeel zou veel vriendelijker kunnen. Ik ben betere Fletcher hotels gewend.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher einfach eingerichtet aber sauber. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, Müsli suchte man allerdings vergebens. Die Lage ist ok, wenn man halbwegs gut zu Fuß ist oder ein Rad dabei hat. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, bis ins Ortszenztrum 15 Minuten.

De bedden waren ongekend slecht. Althans, buitengewoon zacht (matras leek qua zachtheid een kussen), met daadwerkelijk rugpijn tot gevolg. En bij ons allebei. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was …. geen ‘feestje’, zoals je wel verwacht voor de prijs.

Facilitair niet voor elkaar Brandalarm wat 12x overgaat en wat ze niet uit konden zetten Eerste keer heeft het ruim kwartier geduurd voor de brandweer kwam en ook toen bleef de herrie aanhouden. Geen oog dicht gedaan die 1e donderdag nacht. Kamers niet schoon Het is alleen optisch opgeknapt, maar is niet voor elkaar dus met de alarm installatie, onderhoud Ook het restaurant was zeer matig, erg basis met ontbijt Het diner duurde al met al ruim twee uur. Hadden alleen soep, hamburger en toetje. Teveel tijd tussen de gangen We hadden het gevoel vergeten te worden En er waren veel meer ontevreden gasten die avond Het was helemaal niet druk in het begin maar toch liepen ze gelijk al achter.
