Friendly reception staff. Helpful manager. Very nice, clean property. Comfortable rooms. Quiet and peaceful, even though it's tight in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay (the bread was not that fresh, but I guess it was no deal breaker.

Boulevard del Rio Hotel
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, y el servicio de atención del personal es muy bueno, sin embargo el estado de las habitaciones no es del todo bueno, no hay a/c, no había agua caliente y el tomacorriente de mi habitación no funcionaba.
