Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your message: --- I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had an experience like the one we had at this hotel. The facilities were dirty, including the pool and the gym, and the jacuzzi was broken. When we asked for a wine opener, we were told that none were available. The hair dryer was broken, the fridge was old and malfunctioning, and the pool towels were worn out and had holes. We initially booked for three days but decided to leave after two days because we didn't feel safe at the hotel. Despite this, we were not given a refund for the third night. When we checked out yesterday, we were charged $200 for allegedly dirty towels and bed sheets, even though they were old and had holes. We requested to speak with the manager, but after waiting for an hour, we were told that she was in a meeting and unavailable. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. --- Let me know if you need any further information. I would like Expedia to refund the extra night and the money the hotel debited from my credit card

Las fotos presentadas no son actualizadas, hubo que cambier de habitacion dos veces. La primera no tenia agua caliente, la segunda el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la tercera habitacion el televisor tenia problemas con el sonido. El area de la piscina estaba sucia y con pmumas de palomas. La puerta de la habitacion hubo que ponerle un papel a la cerradurra porque tenia un orificio y te podian observar desde afuera. No recomiendo ese hotel bajo ninguna circunstancia. Deben remodelarlo por completo.

Nice place no privacy

The hotel is nice, well maintained and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The room it self at least the one I have, has no privacy you can hear every conversation from next room, and that is part because it has glass walls facing the street but it is a gap o about 8 inches between the outside wall and the interior wall, you could literally see the room next door thru this gap. Yes is partially covered but if you are tall or get on a chair could see the other side. So privacy is none. Now other than that bed is very comfortable and the room as the rest of the facility is very very clean. I do recommended yes.

Once I arrived at the hotel they said that I did not have a reservation at the hotel and that travelocity did not contact the hotel for a reservation for Ramon Otero. That I souls go yo a diferent hotel because they were full and that they could not help me. I show them my reservation confirmation and the person at the front desk didnt even looked at the computer to verify my confirmation with travelocity. I got very sad and angra and I told the person at the front desk that if they were gong to chase me from the hotel they had to make acomodations for me and my wife in another hotel and they had to pay for my stay there. I keeped insisting that I was not living the hotel because Im a american tourist that thrusted that my reservation was going to be honered. After 30 minutes a supervisor came to me saying that they had found a room justo like I had reserved and that I had to wait while they cleaned the room. I waited about an hour before I could center the room. Once in the room I had to go back yo the front desk and telled them that the tv remote control wasent working and they send a person to replace the batterys. The A/C over our bed wasent working it was only blowing hot air. My wife and me decided to the hotel swiming pool and we could not get in because the water was derty and had a bad smell. So we could not get in. We decided to take a shower and the shower door had some roller guide missing and almost the glass Door came off the track. There were 2 slidding doors a

Relación precio-servicio es desproporcionado

Los muebles de la habitación son supremamente viejos incluidos colchón y almohadas. Invertir en los muebles y habitaciones les haría bien. Yo pasé sólo 2 noches y el dolor de espalda que me dejaron colchón y almohadas es terrible. Al lado de la entrada de las habitaciones hay un calentador a gas enorme que tenían al descubierto y en el q pude observar las llamas amarillas, lo cual tengo entendido no es lo indicado. Creo que puede ser peligroso. En el desayuno no ofrecen jugo de naranja, propio de cualquier desayuno en cualquier parte del mundo. No hay yogurth y sólo ofrecen dos tipos de frutas. Los huevos sólo los ofrecen revueltos sin dar otras opciones. Y sólo ponen un tipo de mermelada. Lo que salva el hotel es el personal que hace lo que puede y de buena forma. No volveré porque es un hotel viejo y descuidado.

I’m planning to stay there again but their internet was down sometimes all day. I was there for over ten days and missed some important connections. Hopefully it’s better when I return. Their breakfast was excellent.

Muy buena atención de la mayoría del personal, especialmente del gerente, el desayuno delicioso,las personas que atienden ahí súper queridas y muy atentas. Sólo un consejo, informarle a la recepcionista que el seguro hotelero es opcional, que si uno pregunta que le van a cobran lo diga y no mienta diciendo que es solo el iva, porque me enteré que me lo cargaron al otro día al ver la factura (y supuestamente no había nada que hacer ya).
