The property was great for the value. I booked a 2 night stay in Expedia, and then booked a day earlier. When we checked in, the desk attendant said we could just stay in the same room for all 3 nights with no issues. The next day we received a call from the day shift attendant that we were scheduled to check out and needed to return to the hotel to re check in. Otherwise, everything was great.

Room and hotel in general was very clean. Breakfast offered hot and cold options and as well presented. Staff kept the dining area clean and replenished food items as needed.

Property and rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. They have a heated pool and spa which was so good to swim in. Free breakfast buffet options and lots of varieties to choose from. There were apples, cakes and coffee and tea you can stop by to take all day long at the dining area when breakfast was done. We had issues with our tv images being blurry and they offered to. Hange rooms or Tv. We chose the TV change and that made a lot of difference watching cable channels. The swimming pool also had a slide that kids enjoyed

It took 20 minutes to check in (there was no one ahead of us) the person checking us in was very distracted by someone else. We had booked the breakfast area for 630 and were told after the fact that we didn’t have it until 7 because they double booked the room! There wasn’t even an apology or something else offered. I had to come up with a solution of my own for 30 people. Someone else in our party was given the wrong room key and almost went into a room that was already occupied. I asked to speak to the manager with NO RESPONSE! We will not be staying at this establishment ever again.

I am sorry, of course you should have had an apology at the very least, actually knowing who was working I am surprised that he did not apologize. I am sorry that we double booked by half an hour and I should most definitely been informed if you asked to speak to me. I will be speaking to the staff involved. Having checked with one of the staff members I understand they let you use the other area. The wait at check in was with regards to a credit card failure not something we could predict.

The continental breakfast was delightful. We have dairy and egg allergies and do not eat meat and they were easily able to cater to us (at request) with plenty of fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, hash browns, jams, and cereal options (no dairy-free milk). The pool was warm and the slide was lots of fun for the adults and kids. A nice clean room with a huge bathroom, lots of living room space for our birthday celebration, and nice comfy beds with excellent black out blinds. Would stay again.
