This place has it all... from 2 pools and hot tubs to water slides for the kids and racquetball courts for the adults... even underground parking!

Room was spacious with a nice layout. Bed is very comfy. Access to parkade was a bit challenging because we had a few bags.

The smell on the ground floor near the pool was disgusting. They have limited tissue and toiletries are not enough for 2 people for 3 nights, 4 days stay. The parking was very narrow no wonder there were lots of bangs on the walls from people probably driving in and out of the parking lot.

that we were notified about the water park being closed after we booked, no discount was offered. there was nothing in walking distance. the last night we were folding down the sheets only to find bugs in our bed.

The only thing I did not like was the fact there was no black out drapes. The drapes are see through and the sun shines strongly in waking one up at 7 am with a nasty headache. Overall would like to stay again.

The main waterpark area was closed for maintenance, which we didn't mind. I just thought it was really genuine when they called the day before to inform us of the maintenance and to ensure we wanted to keep our reservation.

Friday and Saturday evening are obviously their busiest nights but yet they still let “birthday” parties enter the pool. It was so gross with people. Jets in the hot tub didn’t work. If you want a hot shower you have to let the water run for about 10min till it starts to warm up. One morning of our 4 night stay we didn’t even have hot water.

The room leading out to the pool that we stayed in smelled of chlorine from the pool intensely. And the noise was extremely loud. The food was also not very good at all from room service in fact I’d rate it a 1 out of 5.

There must have been a hockey tournament or something in town this weekend. It was extremely busy when we checked-in but there were three team members assisting guests which made the process go smoothly and quickly. Very well managed, professional, and friendly. I appreciate that it was well staffed and went quickly, and that staff were so friendly. The pool and facilities are great. The room is nice and clean. Very happy with our stay and will definitely be returning! We visit Calgary often and have found our new favourite hotel!

Was surprised at how quiet it was with the amount of children and the pool. Will definitely stay again. Only thing I would change is fluffier pillows as they were pretty soft and not very filled. Staff was very accommodating when we chose to stay a second night , they quickly got us into another room on the same floor fairly close to the previous room.

This property is great. Lots to do. We even found their racquetball court and played that one night. Staff was helpful and kind.
