Our host, Nahir was extremely responsive and checked in regularly to offer changes of bedding and towels. The property itself was secure and safe. "The hotel has a perfect location; everything is available within a block or two (groceries, cafés, restaurants, excellent bakery) . The room was quiet, with the balcony shaded by trees on the street. The room was exquisitely clean, and well appointed, the bed, very comfortable. My only reservation is about communication: it is somewhat difficult to get someone to communicate with."

"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

"This is a very basic property in a working class neighborhood. It was very quiet and clean and the basic required amenities were all present. It is not like a standard hotel but worked fine for us, especially given the price point. Staff were always helpful."
