"Fabulous property in the foothills of Serra da Estrela. Jose is a great host this is all a local accommodation should be. Comfortable with great service, good location and a great pool for when the weather is as warm as it was this week. Highly recommended place to stay in Seia "

"This was my third time at Raízes da Vinha. Every time they amaze me with their friendliness. The hotel is located in a great spot with a view to the mountains, is spectacular. The rooms are clean and if something is not right the staff is quick to help you.

"The property is beautiful. The food was good. The lady that greeted us was very helpful and nice. The views are breathtaking and the locals are welcoming.
Everything was perfect except I suggest being a bit more meticulous on the cleanliness of the washrooms and bedding (such as the pillows)."
