"We like how it is in close proximity to Malibu/Santa Monica as well as universal studios and Hollywood. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We also like how it is In walking distance to the Calabassas commons shopping and restaurants."

"Parking was good and free. The area was ok. Not the worst not the best. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Windows in our room were filthy. Someone only cleaned our room 1 time. We were there 4 days. We had to call for clean towels. Breakfast buffet was OK."

"The staff were all very pleasant and polite. Typical mid-range hotel breakfast; everything was fine. There is a supermarket across the street and there are lots of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. Steps away, I went to a Mediterranean restaurant (no one could agree which cuisine they meant) that had a comedy improv night. My only comment is that the rooms are not quite as nice as a those in nearby BW attached to a bowling alley. But the rates at this one are a little lower and it is on Ventura Blvd and close to highway exits. Balance your priorities."
