"Beautiful masseria and super friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the facilities were clean and quiet. The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen. Note that there is no daily cleaning service and, as expected, the facilities are quite dated. This place has a ton of potential, but something is still missing to go from good to great."

Des matériaux étaient visible un peu partout sur le domaine, les chiens aux pattes boueuses marchaient partout sur notre terrasse et sur nos chaises extérieures, etc. Toutefois, nous avons eu une belle expérience et le personnel a été plus que gentil en tout temps. "We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Monopoli. The beach area is right across the street and many great amenities in the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. And breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again!"

"They changed 1 time the towels in almost 6 days of staying ! To change towels they will change 48 euros and I never said that ! Never cleaned the room !! Pics are not resl !!! Bed experience"

"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. I had to call for the staff to come and help me. All very confusing."

"The property was nice and clean, very charming. However don't expect lots of amenities, there are only an empty fridge, a stove and a TV. Free Wi-Fi too. There is no cookware or dishes of any kind. The manager was quick to respond my questions and friendly."
