"Sa Coma is a lovely area. The hotel it’s self, beach and surrounding areas are great. Food was good with a wide selection. What lacked was anything to do within the hotel. No activity’s through the day, no entertainment on an evening.
Overall not bad but next time I’d go to a different hotel."

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence.
Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking.
Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"3rd visit to this hotel, caters very well for families especially with young chikdren. Large pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant abd short walk to the resort of Cala Bona"
