"Nossa estadia foi muito boa! Observei alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados, como mais limpeza nos banheiros, e melhores condiçoes do colchão/cama box. Suas laterais estavam rasgadas, não causando boas impressões. No mais, tudo nos atendeu! Esperamos voltar assim que possível. Abraços e sucesso!!"

"Wow, from the time we arrived to the day we left the staff including Guilherme, Nicholas And Lucas to name a few were so amazing. All the staff at the bar and Alta were great too. Breakfast was a lovely choice of different baked goods, fruit, or you could order eggs omlettes waffles etc. fresh juice tea and coffee were serve yourself. The two pools although small were adequate for a quick dip, the spa pool had great views and was a warmer temperature. The room we had was a good size, massive king size bed and had a lovely little terrace. Very comfy and quiet. The location is great too, just down some cobbled steps to the main st and a short walk into town or to a beach or to get a water taxi to another beach. We can’t wait to return, hopefully in two years with some friends to celebrate some birthdays. "

"I stayed in a high-end executive suite at this hotel for 7 days, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience while attending a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a complete disappointment. Throughout the entire week, we had no hot water in the shower—something that should be basic, especially for a hotel in this category. The AC unit was also leaking into the bedroom, which made the space uncomfortable and forced us to use towels to clean up the water. Speaking of towels, after using them to deal with the leak, housekeeping failed to replace them promptly. I had to request new towels three separate times, and they were still not provided in time, delaying me while I was trying to get ready for a wedding event. The hydromassage bathtub, one of the features that justified booking this suite, was completely non-functional. There was no water pressure and no hot water to fill it. When maintenance was contacted, they stated that the entire tubulation system needed to be replaced—meaning this issue was not new and clearly had not been addressed before our arrival. The explanation given by staff—that the room had not been inspected for days or even weeks prior to our stay—is simply unacceptable. It reflects a serious lack of maintenance and quality control, especially for what is marketed as a premium accommodation. What was supposed to be a special and enjoyable trip turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, pa"

"We had a very mixed experience at Own Búzios. While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. We eventually landed in a third room that felt quite run-down with stained sheets. The garden was poorly maintained, with high weeds and even mushrooms growing on the porch. The main positives were the very comfortable bed, a nice pool area for a post-beach swim, and the friendly initial welcome. However, these were overshadowed by a lack of property maintenance and a repetitive breakfast that seemed recycled over our four-day stay. Another down side m was the checkout experience where we were presented with an open bar tab. It felt like they tried to charge us for our "complimentary" welcome drinks, and the staff seemed irritated when we disputed it. Next time, I’ll likely try one of the nearby pousadas instead."

"Café da manhã ok, staff muito simpático, o ponto alto do hotel com certeza. O hotel fica um pouco distante da praia e de alguns pontos de interesse. Mas o ponto mais baixo pra mim foi a conservação do local, precisa de reparos, lençóis e fronhas encardidas, cheiro de mofo no quarto, corredores e cheiro estranho na água. Para apenas 1 noite, e como o objetivo não era lazer, foi ok, para uma hospedagem mais longa e com foco em lazer eu não ficaria novamente. "

"Apesar de, na nossa chegada, o ambiente não estar totalmente limpo, durante toda a estadia a limpeza foi impecável. A equipe merece destaque: todos são extremamente solícitos, educados e atenciosos. Em especial, o recepcionista Felipe, que se destacou pela prestatividade e cordialidade. Na praia, o atendimento do Carlos também foi excelente e digno de elogios. Como sugestão de melhoria, o espumante servido no café da manhã aos domingos poderia ser oferecido como uma taça de boas-vindas no momento do check-in. Além disso, a música ao vivo no restaurante seria melhor aproveitada pelos hóspedes se tivesse início por volta das 17h, em vez de encerrar nesse horário, já que muitos ainda estão na praia durante a tarde. Essa mudança provavelmente contribuiria para aumentar o consumo no restaurante."

"A estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado, extremamente limpo e com várias comodidades que fazem toda a diferença, como guarda-sol e cadeiras disponíveis na praia. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos, o que traz muita tranquilidade na escolha. A equipe é incrível, pessoas gentis, educadas e sempre muito agradáveis, o que deixa a experiência ainda melhor. O café da manhã é simplesmente a coisa mais linda, muito bem apresentado e com bastante variedade. Como sugestão, apenas alguns detalhes poderiam melhorar, principalmente a qualidade de alguns cremes e recheios de bolos, para que fiquem tão bons quanto a apresentação. "
