El servicio es definitivamente lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Sus propietarios hacen que su lema "Ingrese como huesped y salga como amigo" se vuelva una realidad y sea muy sencillo de lograrlo! Las instalaciones son pequeñas pero muy acogedoras. Un inconveniente con la puerta de la habitación fue resuelta a la brevedad y de la mejor manera. Sus propietarios hacen que realmente nuestra estadía fuese de lo mejor. Totalmente recomendado para unas vacaciones en Cahuita, muy cerca de restaurantes muy buenos, a 200 metros de la entrada de la Reserva Nacional! Definitivamente vamos a volver!

This is a cute boutique hotel in the middle of downtown Cauhita. The owner is a very friendly and welcoming Italian who speaks good English. The lady who served us breakfast also spoke some English which was nice. I tried my Spanish with the lady who greeted us upon arrival, as she spoke no English, and we managed okay. The shared pool area could use a little face lift but served

Nice hotel - central location

Wonderful hotel. Close to everything in town and the park entrance. Great staff. Manager speaks English! Best breakfast we have had at a hotel on this trip.

At home at Casa de los Flores

Excellent little boutique hotel in a charming beachside town. First two nights were quiet but then their was a holiday so activity kicked up. Service was phenomenal. Hotel staff delightful. The room included a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, eggs and local beans and rice. Staff speaks English Spanish and Italian. Walking distance to Cahuita National Park and to Playa Negra

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The place very clean, staff very attentive and courteous, only thing I didn’t like was the bed mattress a little too hard and the bed made a squeaky sound any time I moved. Excellent hotel, I will be back.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. The owners Roberta and Ivan will make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Roberta goes above and beyond for her guests. Extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is fantastic. Rosa is delightful and will prepare a beautiful plate of fresh fruit for you. You can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Within walking distance is a national park with an amazing trail and beaches. Can't wait to return!

A quaint little place

A very quaint space. Very Zen like. Pleasant surroundings staff extremely polite and accommodating. Prefect locale for walking to one beautiful place to the other. I plan to visit again very soon.

Amazing Service!

Amazing staff and owners! They cooked us breakfast each day, provided us water to take with us along with beach towels! The owner even gave us a ride to pick up our rental car!!

SO FRIENDLY

What makes this hotel is the management. A lovely Italian woman and her husband are so nice and helpful. It's like staying with your favorite aunt. The hotel is close to the beach and you can easily get a recommendation for food/activities, or directions to anywhere. There is air conditioning which is a must!! Definitely stay here!!

Small hotel run by very nice Italian.

I would give this 4 out of 5 for able-bodied people and 3/5 for wheelchair or mobility scooter users like myself. The "accessible" bathroom had a very low toilet and no grab bars. It did have a nice roll-in shower though. The toilet was a real problem for me. The grounds were modest and lacked the bird life and gardens that are common features in many hotels. The beds have only a single mattress and the bed board, on which it rests, extends out about 6 inches beyond the mattress. This same feature was also present at the newer Cahuita Inn nearby. I tend to take my visual cues from the mattress while driving my scooter so I was forever bumping into the board. This presented no problem for able-bodied persons.
