"Location: a little outside Levanto city center, with a convenient shuttle.
Room: the room is spacious but outdated. The bathroom is blind and smells linger. The towel warmer only works in winter when the heating system is on. It would be better to have an electric one that works with a button.
Minibar is very expensive. Almost insultingly expensive. I had a bottle of prosecco (250ml) of medium low quality and it was €35! Outrageous.
Spa: excellent spa. Did not use the massage, did not use the pool. Just sauna, steam room and sensorial shower, all great.
Breakfast is medium. Nothing special.
Grounds: meticulously kept. The property is nice.
In the garage they have a bike stand and chargers (just the outlet) to charge e-bike.
It’s pricey, I give it a 4 out of 5."
"The bed was not the most comfortable, but you can't beat to convenience of the location, especially if you are planning on traveling to Cinque Terre. I would recommend using this as a base and using the trains to travel to Monterrosso and then taking the ferry or walking down the route. If you plan to spend your whole day out and just use this for sleeping, it's perfect. If you're not used to any noise, the trains are a little loud, but it was actually surprisingly quiet for the location."
"Lovely hotel , clean and tidy with a beautiful pool and outside area. Breakfast only served but always got something to eat each morning. Rooms cleaned every day which was lovely. Staff very friendly and located close to beach. If I was to return car required as a bit too far to walk to shops etc but hotel does offer a shuttle service which is reasonably priced"
"Loved this property. So quiet and peaceful. Staff was lovely and very helpful. They recommended everything we needed to know about touring the area. They gave us a parking pass for the train station and recommended a good grocery store"
