Great top floor apartment, very clean and well furnished. You can't spend a weekend on a Plaza Mayor without people enjoying themselves and making a bit of noise but the apartment windows manged perfectly.

Our apartment had the best terrace in town overlooking the main square and just a handful of steps from the medieval old town. The quadruple room had a pullout sofa bed which we made in less than two minutes. Kitchen, bathroom and overall cleanliness was flawless. Only hassle was that check in was at the hotel property about a hundred steps away, but very minor inconvenience. Plenty of eateries around and parking by the city only a few blocks away was easy if you're driving.

Great Location Comfortable and spacious

There were three of us in a one bedroom apartment with sofa bed. Large, comfortable and clean with a large kitchen. We overlooked the the main square and it was great to watch every one going by. There is a parking garage close to the property , but were were fortunate enough to find a free park on the street about 350 m from the property. The old town is literally on your doorstep.

Good hotel in great location

We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was great, centrally placed. The building has an elevator (looks like newly installed). The apartment had a dishwasher and a washer which was comfortable. We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine. This is what you should put in Google maps of arriving by car as the area around the hotel is not reachable by car. The checkin itself is not the room but very close by. Overall good experience and would stay again

Perfect place. Really great.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was awesome. Right by the hotel, and your little patio sits above the central plaza. The place had everything I needed, like laundry, dishes, big fridge, etc. The bedoom is a few stairs below the main living area and I slept great. It was away from any noise. It was pretty big too and felt like I could have stayed for a month. Staff were really nice. I didn't need room service but the chambermaid was really helpful and took my recycle and politely suffered me for Spanish tips. There is a Carrefour Express and other shops about one minute up the laneway too...everything is right there. 10/10.

La ubicación magnífica, estacionamiento complicado. Gente amable, políticas de check in rígidamente absurdas, porque el check in nuestro nos lo aceptaron hasta las 4 pm. Cuando la habitación, desde las 11 am estaba vacía, pero sucia. Sólo la asearon minutos antes de las 4 pm

Nice for people that are not looking for comfort

no elevator, narrow stairs, nice apartment although very narrow and not really usefull for more than a couple as extra people need to sleep in the living room on a sofa + there's a folding bad. The location is amazing although not easily accessible by car and the parking place is 10 minutes walk.

Não fomos informados que o apartamento se situava num 3º. andar sem elevador o que nos causou bastantes dificuldades já que somos pessoas com alguma idade. Não gostámos da política de check-in/out do hotel - entrada a partir das 17:00 e saída até às 10:00 (será que precisam de sete horas para fazer a limpeza?)
