"Booked a room with 2 beds in it for my parents to stay with me during my visit. Hotel allegedly did not allow 1+ number of guests in my room (even though I had booked a room with multiple beds). Hotel forced me to pay for a room upgrade to allow for total of guests in my room"

"O apartamento estava muito bom. Limpo, apesar de encontrarmos uma barata. Espaçoso e cheiroso. Nada para reclamar de fato. Não coloco como excelente pois sempre tem alguns cuidados de manutenção e estética que seria bom cuidar. Mas estávamos vem alojados, de fato. Voltarei, se preciso for."
