"Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."

"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast service. We probably would have rated it as “Excellent” if we would have stayed there for at least several days. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde...

"Friendly staff , nice location, although I would expect a little more comfort in a business suite! Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. Also the chair in combination with the desk is not suitable for a comfortable for working on your laptopThe bed and supplies in the room does not meet the standard...
