"Loved the fall's views from our room and the resteraunt. They were absolutely incredible. The nightly fireworks over the falls with the multi-colored lights illuminating the falls were stunning. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators. The majority of them were temporarily shutdown at high peak traffic times, making for a really long wait to get to and from our rooms. Taking the stairs on the high floors was out of the question. Hyatt, what's up with your elevators. That was a first."

"The hotel was fairly clean, just a couple of little issues. The front area of the hotel is very deciving. It looks faily large in the pictures but when you arrive its fairly small. The hot tub in my room was very loud. Couldn't hear tv over it or just relax because it was way to loud. Beds were comfy and clean. Overall experience was good."

"That stairway is incredible! Its a bit outdated but i think thats one of the things i liked about it. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend much time at the hotel but my only real complaint was no breakfast but they do have a coffee maker with coffee in the room and there was a A&W near by. The view on the 5th floor facing the water was spectacular but you'd have to be on the 5th floor or higher to see the water so remember that if you book. Yes I recommend this hotel. Just bring some snacks for the morning"

"Apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Parking was easy and neighborhood walkable. Check-in took a couple of minutes to figure out as a first-timer -- you have to go to the restaurant and talk to the friendly staff, who direct you to the property which can be a few houses away."

"The room was very clean, the parking was right outside the room so very convenient. The only issue we had was that we could not get the ballgame on the Tv. So i would highly recommend this motel. Also it was very reasonably priced."
