3rd time a charm

It was my 3rd time in town and 3rd booking with this hotel. I liked the location. Staff was very helpful every time. Breakfast was plenty but rather modest for Poland. I would stay again.

Room and service at the reception was great, was able to secure luggage in the morning and pick it up later for check-in. Restaurant was convenient but close to closing at 915pm, the waiting staff stopped coming to the table and were no where to be seen. The bar tender could have come by or taken care of my table if the restaurant waitress was busy or left.

Discrimination

We were not happy with our stay. The desk person that helped us to check-in was rude in general. When we asked to change our room, instead of nicely declining it, he said, “our hotel is full house. We can’t change you room”. When we asked if they had hotel slippers, he said “we don’t”. A nice customer agent always uses words like “unfortunately” or “I’m sorry but please let me know if I can help in any other way”.Non of this existed. And the MOST terrible experience was when the fire alarm went off. We woke up to the fire announcement in our room at 2:00 am. We immediately evacuated the room and went to lobby and no one but literally nobody directed us and literally nobody made any explanation as to what had happened or what we should do. We went back to our room after some other nice Polish guests translated to us that we were safe although the very same hotel personal guy was standing there. He did not feel to make any explanation to us. Unbelievable experience.

Jättebra hotell, fin personal och god frukost. Ända nackdelen var att vårat rum hade fönster i solläge och acn funkade inte. Det kändes även som att ventilationen var dålig då vi hade mellan 25-27 grader i rummet dygnet runt.
