I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break

Nice spot but need upgrades

It’s ok just a little run down,need some maintenance especially about the smell of humidity in the room and very noisy AC. Location is the best part, breakfast is standard but enough. The beach and the view is very nice here, definitely will stay in this area again next time but not sure if we will choose this hotel again as there are plenty of options with the same price range better and newer. The management need to improve their game.

Great location, but has some problems

Plus: great location. Hotel is a block and a flat walk to one of the best beaches in Buzios. Staff was generally good except for an incident involving arranging a taxi ride from the hotel back to the airport in Rio. We arranged the ride a couple days before checking out with the hotel employee at the front desk. When we asked a different hotel employee to confirm the ride at check out, she said that the hotel had no record of the ride being set up. she said that it was the official policy of the hotel, not to arrange taxi rides, and that it was our fault for not getting the name of the prior front desk employee or getting something in writing from him. This was not an issue of language barrier since we were traveling with Brazilian friends and native Brazilian speakers. It eventually got it sorted after an hour, but experience left us never wanting to return to the hotel. breakfast has a good selection of pastries, but the only eggs every morning were cold and runny. The hotel was aware of this because we asked them to microwave them to make them edible. AC is noisy and rooms a bit dated.

It’s perfectly located in a quiet area and very short distance from the beach. It took literally less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Definitely a spot to come back to! Also, they served a complimentary afternoon coffee with chocolate cake, coconut cake, toasts and more!

Nice area in front of nice beach, good afternoon tea is offered to guests, very welcomed. Pool is small, i parked the car at the street. Breakfast is ok, not superb.
