This is my ONLY go to places to stay in Butuan. Why? Its connected to the mall. I travel in by bus and the terminal is next to the Robinson's mall in which the hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors. Check in lobby is in the first floor. With kids, this is the most convenient way to travel. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and professional. The rooms are what we need to get away from the provincial life. The accessible mall is wonderful, plenty of places to shop and eat and for our one night getaways this place hits the spot. Once in a while we go to the highway and catch a ride to the close by SM Mall but Robinson's is really enough. Thanks always Go Hotels. We will always GO back to you! Cheers!

Good budget hotel connected to a mall.

This hotel was very good for the price. It's not fancy, but the room was comfortable. The staff were great and helpful. It's connected to a mall with several restaurants. I would stay again.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I arrived late in the afternoon or at night at the Butuan airport. The hotel is attached to Robinsons Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping for groceries first and bring them to my ultimate destination,

Great price located at the mall and only a mile or so to the other mall. It's a really solid hotel for foreign travelers. Easy access to transportation including taxis to and from the airport. Staff is very helpful. Not luxury but great beds. Water pressure is not great but adequate. I've stayed there many times and I recommend it.

I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. She deserves a raise. Please commend her on a wonderful job. Thank you.

Service by the employees was excellent , but the moisture and water in the hallway in and by our room was not good. It rained one time and we had moisture covering one wall in our room.
