"We booked a room for a night over March break specifically because the kids wanted to swim in a pool. We tried at 2 separate times to go swimming but the pool was freezing cold. When we asked at the front desk if it was normally that cold they told us no but also that there was nothing they could do about it. We also had an issue getting the fireplace to work. The front desk said they sent someone to fix it but when we returned to our room it still would not turn on. My husband eventually got it to work so that we could warm our kids up after their attempt at swimming. The room itself was ok. It was clean and the beds were decent."

"The area has no indoor pool, is not accessible for all persons. The room had broken items in it and questionable stains in the tub which meant i had to shower. Not to mention the very outdated couch in the room. The positive was the bed was comfy."

"I didn't use or need the business services. The room was clean, there was plenty of parking. The motel was walking distance to a variety of shopping opportunities. The pool was suitable. The one concern i had with the pool or the use of the pool was, there were two children under six i would estimate and they were in the pool by themselves fir a half an our after we went to the pool before an older teenager or adult came to the pool area. They had water wings, but i was quite converned about their safety and well being. The pool was away from the check in desk so no staff knew the young children were alone in the pool. "

"for the price the property was ok..... could hear couple argue through wall, very loud.....until midnight and even their sexual encounter could be heard. Staff did nothing to stop it. Mentioned at check out next day and only received a brisk apology, no offer of discount or coupon etc. "
