부산 여행시 추천합니다~

5월초 연휴 2박하였습니다. 9살 아들래미 데리고간 가족여행인데, 객실청결하였고, 주변은 뭐 모두 모텔이라서 좀만걸어나가면 해운대랑 가깝고, 해운대메인도로쪽나가기도 쉬워서 좋았습니다. 주인분들 상당히 친절하시고, 12시에 체크아웃하고 차는 좀 두고 주변돌아다니다가 늦게출발했는데도 주인분들 친절하게 잘대해주셨고, 객실도 컨디션 나쁘지 않아서 좋았습니다~! 금액도 주변모텔보다야 당연히 신식이냐 구식이냐 차이로 나눠지겠지만 저렴하게 방잘구해서 2박 잘쉬고 갑니다~!

가성비 좋습니다. 그런데 엑스페디아 수수료가 좀 심하군요. 주인분도 친절하고 바닷가에서 좀 떨어져 있어 조용합니다. 가격대비 아주 만족입니다.

가격대비 효율은 좋은 편 입니다.

싼 가격에 비해 굉장히 깔끔했습니다. 청소도 말끔하게 잘해주시고, 내부도 청결하다고 느꼈습니다. 다만, 키를 맡기고 나가고 싶은데 카운터를 비우는 일이 잦은 편이셨네요. 침대도 꽤나 딱딱한 편입니다. 약간 쌀쌀한 날씨에 맞춰 적당히 난방도 해주셔서 온도 관련해선 편안했습니다. 방음은 살짝 실망스러웠네요. 오토바이 소리같은게 꽤나 시끄럽게 들렸습니다. 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 부산역에서 1003번 버스? 를 타고 오면 조금만 걸으면 바로 숙소고, 바다와 지하철역도 가깝습니다. 싼 가격에 숙소 잡으시고 근처 관광 알차게 하시다가 숙소 와서 기절하듯 주무실 분들에겐 딱 맞아보이네요

가족 숙박도 걱정 없어요.

모텔이라 걱정했었는데 안에 숙박시설도 너무 깔끔하고 가족단위로 투숙하는 고객들이 많아 지내기 편했습니다. 수건갈아주기, 청소 등도 호텔과 똑같이 매일 해주시고, 우산도 빌려주시고 너무 만족하고 왔습니다.

가격대비 좋음

가격대비 좋은 모텔이었습니다. 주변도 조용하고 걸어서5~10분 거리에 해운대 시장과 해운대가 위치해 있어 좋았습니다. 다만, 방에서 환기가 잘 안되어서 화장실쪽에서 담배냄새가 조금 나더군요.

해변과 가까운 저렴한 모텔

해변과 가까운 것에 8점. 가족이라 인원때문인지 침대없는 방을 받았는데, 바닥이 걸을 때마다 쿵쿵 울림. 욕실이라 든지 방 시설은 노후된것 같음. 저렴하니까 이정도 노후된 시설은 감수할수 있다면 쏘쏘 한 곳임. 큰 기대는 금물임.

Exactly As Described

Best bang for your buck hotel in an area full of fancy ones and love motels alike. Streets are safe, though don't be surprised by some scandalous goings-on in the adjacent neighborhood after 1am or so. ;)

Great location. Mcdonalds nearby for morning coffee. Clean, big room with sofa. Big bathroom.(big for korean standards) in the heart of Haeundae but in the motel block. Surrounded by motels but still a great location. Only minus: Shower water would not get hot, even on highest heat. Warm water, but warm enough. I love hot showers and it was not hot at all. Like i said, warm enough.

the nicest place I have stayed in Korea

I had low expectations when I booked, as it was the same proce as some old, dirty hotels I stayed in Jeju. I was very pleasantly surprised! It doesn't look like much from outside, but the room was large, clean, and modern. It was cleaned well everyday with towels, robes, minibar, tea/coffee replaced every day. Staff were very friendly, and it's in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Haeundae beach, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I've been recommending to my friends for their next visit to Busan.

Bang for your buck hotel next to the beach.

This hotel is the perfect price. Location is what makes this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and convience stores along the way. I only used the hotel to sleep and shower which met my expectations. There is a computer and huge tv inside the room for who ever would want to use it. Fresh new robes and towels are provided. Beds are a bit stiff but oddly comfortable. Didn't smell like smoke.
