繁華街「西面」にすぐ行けて、最寄の地下鉄「凡一洞」に近い。バス停も近くにあって便利。

ホテルの建物は建造後かなり経っているっているようです。建物全体老朽化が目立ちます。ただし居住性が損なわれているわけでありません。４泊５日利用させていただきましたが毎日ベットメークをしていただけましたし瓶など廃棄物などのきれいに片づけていただけました。とても部屋の清掃などきちんとされていてほかの部分でも清潔性は保たれていました。フロントの係りの方は親切で日本語もよく話して伝言もきちんとされておりました。言葉が過ぎるかと思いますが「泊まるだけで良い」という方にはお勧めだと思います。

Hotel Kukje Busan

Hotel Kukje is a 1960's style hotel that is in great need of renovation. The hotel corridors and the rooms themselves are lined with lovely wood paneling that would make the decor of the hotel really beautiful but for the dirty, stained carpets and the walls that are in desparate need of painting. There was also broken tile in the bathroom in need of repair. The room itself was large for an Asian hotel with a large desk and good Wi-Fi connectivity. The TV was an out-of-date tube set, not a flat screen. There is no thermostat in the room; one can only adjust fan speed and adjust the temperature by opening a window. The bed was comfortable with two extra comforters. Bathroom amenities were limited to a bar of soap. There is a bar on the premises and I could hear the music from it in my room on the 12th floor on a Friday night. Finally, although they advertise a sauna on premises, in fact it is loaceted in a health club two blocks away. The staff was polite and helpful.

Was probably a good hotel in it's heyday

Hotel looks like it was nice in the day but it's getting tired. Rooms are a bit dated which is normally fine but the bathroom really needs attention. The shower curtain was moldy which is a pity because it is a problem that can be easily fixed. The tile grout was also moldy. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the chair in the room because it looked like it was stained and had not been cleaned for a long time. Again, something that could be fixed pretty easily. The hotel could easily get a higher rating if they put a little bit of money into renovating some small things (carpet, furniture). Staff were somewhat helpful but telling people to go to McDonalds for dinner wasn't the best tip we received. Seems like the hotel is more geared towards taking in chinese tourists and groups from china. Location was okay but surrounded by quite a few bars but I did not feel unsafe. Close (about 7 min walk) to metro. Would not stay here again - would find another area to stay in which is a bit nicer (like by the beach).

値段にあったホテル

ホテルは地下鉄の凡一駅から7～8分にあり、簡単な道なので便利です。ホテルの周りは関西でいうと日本橋や宗右衛門町のようなお店が多いです。ホテルの造りは古いですが、不便なところはありませんでした。日本語も通じます。部屋は少し薄暗いです。

支配人が人柄がよく、近くのおいしい店などいろいろ丁寧に教えてくれた。

女性従業員が少し無愛想かな？笑顔の対応でなくても、もう少し愛想よく。（男性従業員は一生懸命でした）サウナを早くなおしてください。

少し不便

接客は良かったが部屋はごく普通。綺麗でもなく虫も見ました。部屋は広くシャワーのではよく、ドライヤーも風量よく使用できました。出かける際は歩ける距離には何もないのでほとんどタクシー移動。西面にもタクシーで10分ないくらい。近いと思っていたので少し残念でした！良かったのは、海雲台の新世界免税店行きの無料シャトルバスがホテル下から乗れる事でした。

황금연휴에 가족여행

5월 황금연휴에 이용했습니다. 더블룸 하나랑 트윈룸 예약했는데 체크인 당시 아무런 설명없이 두 객실 모두 트윈으로 주더군요. 엑스트라 베드도 미리 메모 남겼는데 그것도 못들었다고 하시고...그 점만 빼면 나머지는 만족합니다.

スタッフは日本語も堪能で親切です場所もチャガルチ市場や国際市場に近いので楽ですホテルの前の屋台もフレンドリーで安く飲みなおしが出来ます

お得なホテルです。

駅から近いし空港からもそこそこの距離でタクシーでも一万5千ウオンぐらいの距離です。観光もショッピングも便利な場所です。

無料WIFI、お値段相応、快適

空港から釜山駅方面行きリムジンバス（６０００ウォン）に乗り、３つ目の現代百貨店前下車、バス停からホテルまで距離があり、１０分ぐらい歩きました。帰りはホテルからタクシーで約２５分、高速代込みで１６５００ウォンでした。地下鉄１号線凡一（Beomil）駅２番出口まで徒歩５分。西面の繁華街までタクシーで約５分、３５００ウォン。ホテル周辺は、飲食店が沢山あり、食事するには困りません。斜め前にコンビ二（CU）あり。施設はやや古い感じ（ソウルのアストリアホテルに似てる）でお値段相応ですが、スタッフ皆さん親切で日本語が通じました。客室は広めで、やや軟らかめなベット。サクサク快適な無料WIFIあり。毎日１本無料のミネラルウォータあり。バスルームは水圧抜群でお湯がふんだんに出るハンドシャワー。石鹸はありましたが、シャンプーやボディーソープ、歯ブラシは無かったので、持参した方が良いです。タオルも新しいものばかりでした。１２階の海が見える側に泊まりましたが、景色がすばらしかったです。ホテル代は安く抑えたい、寝るだけで十分、無料WIFIが使いたい、凡一を拠点にいろいろ遊びたい方にはピッタリなホテルだと思います。オススメです。

다음에도 오고 싶어요

오래됐지만 깨끗하고 깔끔하고요, 전반적으로 관리도 잘되어있어서 좋았습니다. 지하철도 가깝고 바로 앞에서 버스타면 광안리 갈수 있어서 시내와 해변쪽 접근성이 다 좋은거같아요.

夜間不便

夜等解りにくい場所にある。ホテルと名前はあるけども、ゲストハウスのほうが過ごしやすいかと。

많이 실망

오래된 호텔이라는 느낌이 나면서 청결한 느낌은 전혀 받지 못했다. 방 구석에 곰팡이같은 것들이 있어서 청소가 전혀 안된 느낌으로 어머니랑 함께 간 여행에 좋은 느낌을 받지 못했다. 프론트 연결하는 방법에 대한 안내나 호텔 전등사용에 관한 안내가 전혀 없어서 대표전화로 걸어서 알아내야했고, 에어컨을 정해진 시간에만 트는 것은 이해하겠지만 너무 약해서 나이드신 어머니는 더위에 힘들어하셨다.

I won't stay here again\ 極力推薦不要住

住了三晚，冷氣不夠，最後一晚要求電風扇，幸好有得提供。地氈很舊，地面凹凸不平，睡在床上，總覺得有蚤子，癢癢的！唯一好處是四周食肆多，距地鐵不遠，附近也有現代百貨，購物也方便！

値段重視の方にはオススです

値段の割には比較的、綺麗なホテルでした。日本語も通じたし、部屋の広さも十分でした。しかし、古いのは仕方ないとしても、髪の毛が浴室やバスタオルに付いていました。また、コップやマグカップも汚かったです。エアコンも隣の部屋とは雲泥の差で利きませんでした。立地条件もイマイチで、タクシーを使う方には問題はありません。値段を追及される方にはお勧めです。私は、不便だし、清潔感があまりないので、二度と利用しません。

Bed Bugs!!!

Do not stay at this hotel! We were covered in bited from bed bugs! It is so dated. It promises a microwave in everyroom, a restaurant, a grill restaurant, none of these exsist. Also, our toilet didn't have a toilet seat. The bathroom had no soaps or shampoo, you had to purchase all those amenities. This hotel has no up side apart from being fairly close to the train station. Stay somewhere else please.

日本人の利用者が多い

場所は釜山の中心部ですが、駅まで少し歩くことになります。フロントの方は、みな日本語がしゃべれますのでとても助かりました。部屋は広く、可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。

ホテルのサービスの質は高い

部屋の変更など冷房は１７時からしか入らない。気をきかせて扇風機を設置してくれた。日本語OK。タクシーの運転手さんが確実に知っているホテル。埃っぽい、　タバコの灰が落ちているなど清潔ではないけど、素泊まり一泊なら我慢できる範囲。

Once grand, but seen better days

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway and main train station. The lobby is large with high ceilings and gives the impression of once being quite grand. There is a giant gold map behind the reception desk which has been patched many times over the years, where it has been damaged, it is also a very crude map, with no county or city names and only the barest resemblance to the countries shapes. The rooms are a decent size thought the carpets are stained and need replacing along with the bathroom fittings. The location is close to many restaurants, night clubs and wedding halls, a little bit of a mature area and not so suitable for families. It's not a bad place for a night or too, just don't go with high expectations!
