Comfortable hotel in the heart of Haeundae

Overall, it was a very nice hotel with a nice view in a great location. The bed and swivel chairs were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. My suite had a kitchen, but no pots or utensils, which was kind of odd. I would have liked the option to skip cleaning or reuse towels to make my stay more eco-friendly.

Loved the location, close to the main strip of shopping and dining. About 10 minute walk to the beach. Was very spacious and tidy, will stay at this place again. The only downside is there were only 4 elevators and because there are so many floors it sometimes takes a while for the lift to arrive and also it would get crowded in the lifts.

The location is fantastic and the price of the room is quite affordable. The room was large and clean. The bed unfortunately was uncomfortable, doesn’t provide enough back support and it would have been nice to have more pillows. Also the door frame to the bathroom was broken. I noticed before I was checking out so didn’t bring it up with the hotel but that was really odd.

Comfortable stay, great area

Great comfortable stay with easy check in, luggage check if waiting to check in and lots of fun experiences nearby. It’s also the go-to spot for tour bus pickups. The only downside is waiting for an elevator down especially if you’re in the middle area between the lobby and the upper floors. Just give yourself 15 minutes of waiting during high traffic time (10-12 noon).

Expedia advertised the room deluxe studio using photos of deluxe suit. We were humiliated by the afternoon front desk when we asked if we have access to laundry. He said: you had paid the cheapest price for your room, no laundry came with your room. Location is good, the rest is not. Would not recommend to anyone.

The only thing we didn`t like was that we never got more toilet paper while we stayed there for several nights. we got an upgrade to a suite and loved it. my friend allways got to bed way earlier then me and i could enjoy some more movie time with the seperate room. the hotel got a real location with a bus stop and metro in front. we allways used the bus to reach all the destinations we wanted.
