"This is a great Hilton Hotel with quiet room and very clean facilities. The rooms were spacious and I loved how the check in-out and room key works with the Hilton app. It's useful when you stay one night because as a family you can go directly to your room from a side parking with no wait. Beds were comfortable, the furniture felt reasonably updated.
It was super funny to see the robot they use for room service!

"Bathroom shower was amazing. Taps are right when you open the shower door and you don't get hit in the face with water. Little leg bar for shaving your legs. Would have loved bottled water in the room but other than that it was perfect. "

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
