"The room was old and because of the choice of tiles looked dirty. The dust on the door to the ensuite was absolutely foul. The view was lovely. It was close to what we needed. The information provided from staff in the welcome email was excellent."

"This place was amazing. My husband and I had been traveling internationally for days. We were exhausted and in need of a recharge. Not only that we had a ton of dirty laundry with us and wanted to just cook a nice home-cooked meal. This place provided all the amenities for us to stay and feel right at home. We would absolutely go back. We were warmly welcome to upon our arrival. This place is far exceeded our expectations on every level. If you are considering booking here, we recommend the first floor."

"Will definitely stay again! Great location, view and facilities. Only a minor thing but some basic tea & coffee would have been great. We travelled from Sydney so didn’t pack things like this. Minor but thought this would be a very helpful addition. "

"Poorly maintained and dirty. Mouldy blinds, dirty walls and doors, stained carpets, stained bedding, holes or poorly patched holes in walls, missing tiles and cracked bathtub. We were not told there was construction until after booking. We were told there was construction due to the tram / light rail. However there was also construction on 2 buildings in front of the property. They should take updated photos of the view and condition of the property. "

"Perfect location right across from the beach, a couple of great cafes close by like Commune and short walk to James St. Stayed in a standard apartment which with could do with a freshen up but is adequate for the price. Nice pool, spa and family holiday vibes! "

"Complete false advertising…. The room I booked and the pictures on “my confirmation” were NOTHING like what I got. I’ve never had this problem with a booking through Wof If before but this was absolutely terrible. The room and view was absolutely nothing like what I thought I was booking and what I actually paid for…. Extremely disappointed!! "

"Perfect holiday with small kids. Great view of the ocean. Clean apartment, well stocked. Early check in and amazing value for late check out. Friendly staff. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Loved the heated pool. This was our 4th stay at Gemini and we will definitely be back. "
