Best Western North Side Inn
Overall, being a quick overnight, it was quiet and clean enough (pet room). They try hard to keep the space clean, but they need to make some improvements. I'm not sure what the bedding material is and the mattress was a little too soft.

The Kate
This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
