Nice hotel with a great location near Orsay and Bures sur Yvette. The little apartments and kitchenettes are very convenient and functional. The hotel is nicely renovated and clean and the staff is super helpful.

A very clean set of rooms with everything that you could need in a very convenient place near to the university. It’s a good half hour walk into the village but not a difficult one. The walk to the university is up a very steep hill - you’ll be very fit once you’ve done it a few times!

Not so good too far from the city. The address want clear so we ended up at some other place . No phone contact or the physical address was on the booking information. Was vey luck that someone helped us to find the place. Too far to walk from the train station.

Good value for cost. My room was very spacious, but I will note that it was very chilly -- I assume they are keeping the heating low right now due to the current energy problems in Europe. The room included a kitchen with plenty of cookware which makes it a good place for longer stays. There are a few grocery items for purchase in the lobby, and they also have a daily breakfast that you can add-on (I think it was 15 Euros per day) which had coffee and juice, pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheese and bread, fruit, cereal. I wish the breakfast had more hot meal options, but for me, it was still worth it since the place is a little far from any restaurants (~15-20 minute walk down the hill). Walking down the hill to the main village area is easy, but going north, up the hill, is harder. I was headed to the CEA Paris-Saclay and had to go up many stairs through a forest. The location of this residence is most useful if you have a car. Lastly, the front desk staff were great, I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out.

Hébergement propre et bien equipé mais attention : j'ai réservé et payé sur Expédia qui m'a indiqué qu'à l'arrivée je devrais régler la taxe prélevée par la ville. Mais en réalité, l'établissement m'a fait payé la taxe ville, plus la taxe départemental, ainsi que les taxes du Grand Paris et Ile de France Mobilité soit 20,80 au lieu des 3,20 euros indiqués sur ma réservation.

J'ai grandement apprecié l'environnement de la residence hôtelière. Un grand parc arboré, la forêt qui nous environne, le centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pied, les commerces de proximités. Compter 15 minutes pour rejoindre la gare RER. Des sentiers de randonnée balisés sont immédiatement accessibles à la sortie de l'hôtel. Les studios sont bien insonorisés, la chambre est propre. La salle de bain reste spacieuse et propre, des serviettes supplémentaires sont disponibles à la réception si besoin. Attention à l'espace cuisine. Le descriptif de l'hôtel précise bien qu'il s'agit d'une kitchenette : absence de four, de marmitte, 2 feux de cuissons, petit compartiment congélateur. Toutefois, bouilloire et cafetiere électrique sont mis à la disposition de la clientèle. Internet en WiFi satisfaisant pour travailler ou visionner un film via plateforme VOD. Deux parkings gratuits se situent au sein de la residence, egalement le stationnement en sous sol (payant). Les chambres au dernier etage sont les mieux placées avec exposition au nord et vue sur la forêt ou exposition sud et vue sur le parc.
