"Room was ok needed some maintenance. Requested a high floor prior to check-in and did not receive a response. Given a low floor with a concrete wall surround. The breakfast was chaotic and the configuration could be changed to improve the flow. Staff were generally very good. Location was great"

"Rooms have an amazing view however they could be better. There was no aircon in the bedroom and it became super hot & stuffy for us. We had the aircon in the living room running at full blast to cool down the whole room. Also the heatwave did not help. Otherwise the hotel, staff and service is great. Room service came super quick and food was excellent. Please have aircon in the bedroom. Really difficult during summer to stay otherwise. "
