"At our recent stay, I was surprised by how dirty the hallway was, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a couple days. However, upon entering our room, everything seemed clean and even updated. Towel bar by the sink was missing, which I reported. I assume they might be a bit short staffed. The breakfast was fine, but skip the scrambled eggs….not really like real eggs. I was glad to see that someone was actively overseeing the breakfast area, tidying up as needed. I also spotted him outside, picking up any stray trash in parking lot. Overall stay was good, but the dirty hallway was definitely inconsistent with the very clean state of our room."

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and peaceful. It has a lovely colonial-style atmosphere, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the housekeeping service. During our stay, no one came to clean the room, make the bed, or replace the towels. Improving this aspect would make the experience much better."

"On the outside, the building looks worn and tired but inside it was welcoming and the rooms were fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable! I think that they should update the outside because in this case looks were deceiving but in a very positive way! I highly recommend if you need to be near the Buffalo airport. Which happens to be right across the street.."
