Great location in Recolleta - centrally located - easy walking distance to parks, museums. Lots of neighborhood cafes within a 10 minute walk. Super clean - the extra space was nice for a longer stay. We booked the city view which we really liked but any room should be great. Staff was amazing! So helpful!

Room was very clean, bathroom a generous size, lovely rain shower. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff were excellent - fluent English and very professional. Location was great, with restaurants and easy transportation by Uber. Friday and Saturday nights were a bit noisy due to bars/clubs nearby, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Friendly staff that provided good advice on how to get around. Good location and spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, with good variety. The pastries could be baked a bit more. Really enjoyed the lattes and cappuccinos that could be ordered as part of the complimentary breakfast.
