Everything and everyone great at Pestana. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including storing our luggage when we went to the falls for a few days. 24 hour desk to check out at 3:30 am for early flight out, and they pre-arranged for taxi at that time! Great burgers and good prices on good wine. Will definitely stay again!

la chambre est impeccable; le personnel m'a tres bien reçu; toutefois, a la reception il y en a qui ne parle pas l'anglais ni le francais. L'hotel est tres situé sur la principela rue de Buenos Aires. L'arret du bus rouge touristique est juste de l'autre cote de la rue. Secteur securitaire. Atendimento satisfatório. A equipe de atendimento aos apartamentos e restaurante muito solícita. Quando cheguei, na noite de domingo dia 14/09 o sistema estava fora do ar e houve uma demora de mais de uma hora para atendimento o que atrasou bastante o compromisso que tínhamos. Da mesma forma na saída, solicitei check-out antecipado para adiantar saída aeroporto, mas o pessoal de Back office informou que fora cobrado uma noite a menos de impostos, razão de novo atraso para aeroporto. Sugiro treinamento de pessoal voltado a eficácia e aprendizado no atendimento ao cliente, pois em outras unidades da rede o atendimento é muito melhor.

Buena ubicacion, equidistante de todo, a pie o por Subtes. Muy buena piscina cerrada para aprovechar en invierno. Buen desayuno, básico, pero con variedad de opciones. El piso que me tocó no se ha renovado, pero lo estan renovando, supongo principalmemte baños que si bien son amplios y completos ya tienen sus años. Y la habitacion, 2 camas plaza y media, era amplia, cómoda, siempre bien arreglada, pero en algunas áreas le faltaba limpieza a fondo (único detalle)
