LOFT COMPLETAMENTE EM REFORMA

Logo na entrada o susto uma tábua de madeira no chão para vc passar , não há recepção , ou melhor a suposta recepção está no quarto 11no 1º andar q caso vc opte por ir de elevador que é super antigo torça p não ficar presa, parar no caminho ou cair vc chegará na “recepção “ no meio de muita mas muita poeira de construção, os degraus das escadas estão soltos, o jardim este não há, há um canto terrível com coisas jogadas e muito sujas , está mesinha linda e branquinha kkkk nem pensar. Bom os quartos que estão nestas fotos pessoal esquece não há nem um nem perto disso há móveis caindo aos pedaços, coxão péssimo e imundo, os lençóis nem se fala as toalhas vem rasgadas ou desfazendo, as panelas todas enferrujadas, a BANHEIRA tem 70 cm n tem tampa, há uma cortina imunda ao redor terrível . O café era razoável mas era igualzinho todos os dias , 1 único dia teve água numa jarra suja bem suja e com bico quebrado , Bom é difícil dizer se há alguma coisa boa pq apesar de estar perto de certos pontos turísticos ao mesmo tempo é horrível o local anoiteceu não é aconselhável sair a pé. OBS: Estamos muito DECEPCIONADO com HOTEIS.COM pois foi através deles nós contratamos um serviço de acomodação totalmente diferente do que está exposto em foto, chego à conclusão que o padrão do HOTÉIS.COM está caindo muito , infelizmente não está mais confiável para uma hospedagem segura como antes que já utilizei para ir até para Europa e foi tudo como contratado e desta vez foi um terror.

Really old, non-sense rules, unconvenient. avoid i

One of the worst places I have ever been to. First day I arrived there was no power, therefore no internet, no AC, no light. Considering I need wifi to work, I just had to leave. The room I chose had nothing to do with the pictures of the place I booked so I complained and they changed me to another that was a bit better but still nothing compared to what they offered in the pictures. The apartment condition was bad, everything really old, windows that was hard to open/close, such an old bed, AC was from the 60s at least, so didn't do the job. On top of this, the rules were that you cannot have guests which is non-sense. Also, everytime you left you had to leave the keys in reception and pick them up, which was very unconvenient. Elevator very old and worked only sometimes. I changed to other hotel and for even a lower price I got such a better value. 100% non-recommendable. Avoid at all cost. To the owners - either you invest on it, or shut it down.

Wonderful location within walking distance of many major sites in Buenos Aires. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good housekeeping. Kitchen had limited cooking utensils but staff was very helpful in providing things one needed.

Not what we expected.

We picked this hotel based on the previous reviews, however we got a very bad second floor room, with a tiny tiny bathroom that literally you have to put your legs inside the tub if you want to use the toilet... the rest of the room was not clean as expected and overall was not a good experience.

Quando escolhi um hotel tipo loft tinha expectativas que não se concretizaram. No primeiro dia o quarto estava "com cheiro de mofo" e eu que tenho renite passei a viajem inteira tomando antialérgico antes de entrar no hotel. Na cozinha o cheiro é mais forte ainda. Em resumo, o quarto é antigo, com pedaços de madeira no pé do sofá e um banheiro minusculo com aquelas cortinas de plastico no box que fica literalmente em cima do vaso sanitário. O colchão é velho e afunda, mas da pra suportar, e tem uma TV pequena longe, ruim de ver, alem de só ter uma tomada da luminária que ficou desligada para carregar os celulares. Até tentei trocar a hospedagem com intermediação do Expedia mas não consegui Não me hospedaria mais neste hotel e não recomendo. a unica coisa boa foi a localização próximo ao metro, ponto de ônibus e atrações do centro de Buenos Aires

Really enjoyed our stay here and had a large room over two floors. The overall condition is a little aged and could do with some paint but but overall it was clean and they cleaned the rooms, towels etc every day. The microwave was useful: the breakfast is basic (toast; ham, cheese and some croissants and sweet stuff) the staff were all really friendly. The area they say to be careful at night but during the day it was fine ans convenient for walking around and the metro

Apesar da ótima localização o hotel não possui ferro de passar, o box do banheiro é de 1x0,70 cm, com um limpador de vaso e chuveiro imundos, e o ar condicionado faz um barulho que o torna impossível de usar.

Lofty idea for a short stay.

The images of the rooms have been photoshopped. The hotel is more dingy and in need of some upgrades. It looks like they attempted but did not invest properly. The need to lower their rates. I was comfortable enough. Go ahead and sleep through breakfast because it’s no big deal. Staff is very kind and everything is in walking distance.

Falsche Zimmerkategorie

Wir buchten ein Loft von 69 m² mit Stadtblick, Balkon und Komfortbadewanne, und bekamen ein Zimmer von Ca 40 m² ohne Stadtblick, ohne Balkon und ohne Badewanne. Mussten die erste Nacht dort verbringen. Am nächsten morgen heiß es, dass wir das größere Zimmer (welches wir gebucht und bezahlt haben) gegen Aufpreis haben könnten. Nachdem wir weiter interveniert haben, wurde der Manager gefragt und wir bekamen das von uns gebuchte Zimmer. Das kostete uns Zeit und Nerven.
