Great location, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was great. Nice walkable neighborhood with restaurants. Go visit our new friends at Coffee Street cafe. They were so wonderful, making us feel comfortable in their neighborhood.

The unit was clean, comfortable, well‑appointed, and extremely convenient. The balcony nestled among the trees was a pleasant spot—though the aroma of grilled meat drifting up from Don Julio’s next door may not suit everyone. (We didn't mind one bit.) Description provided was inaccurate. There was no "desk chair," "desktop workspace" or "office," nor were paper towels provided as promised Basic maintenance and pre‑occupancy checks were clearly lacking. We lost an entire morning while a maintenance worker had to repair two of the four metal blinds and fix the bathroom sink’s hot water tap, which wasn’t functioning at all. The job even required two trips out for plumbing parts. (Shouldn’t housekeeping notice when the hot water doesn’t work?) In the kitchen, both coffee mugs provided were cracked and unusable—items that should have been discarded long ago. You also need to bring your own measuring cups and spoons if you plan to cook.

Fantastic location in Palmero Soho. Close to amazing restaurants and bars. Small Supermarket 20metres away. Quiet. There is someone at desk 24/7 but more a security role. This position not set up to support tourists with questions. Thank goodness for google translate!

It's a good place. Well located. Nicely done and furnished. Balcony is lovely. Can do better with supplies like toilet paper. Learning: 1) communicate with management via email. We had a small studio apt. Location was great. Easy and safe to walk anywhere. Staff was very nice. We did have some language trouble, but we figured it out. Not much English spoken anywhere in S.A. No daily maid service, but we were good with that. Didn't need it.

This property was very clean and it was a very nice experience. I liked the proximity to the parks and green belt areas of Palermo from this location. The security staff members were very kind and helpful. The only thing that would have been an improvement would be if easier access to the outside balcony would have been possible. I noticed that the weather screen that protects the sliding glass door could not be lifted up giving a person easier access to the balcony area. Such a great stay at Color Botanico. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Lots of shops nearby. Kitchen has minimal cooking utensils. Not really designed for cooking. Also, please be careful when converting from your home currency to peso, the front desk person very quickly uses conversion rates in their favor and you pay on pesos. But, when converted to US$ it comes out more than they say it would. This is not because your credit card company may provide lower conversion but because the front desk person uses a conversion rate much favorable to them. A tricky way to make some extra $ for them. Always pay in $ or your home currency.
