O quarto tem bom tamanho com cama confortável e dispõe de sacada. O estado geral, no entanto, é de um apartamento que necessita pintura, reformas (móveis quebrados ou inviáveis para uso) e mais limpeza entre os usos. Faltam panos para limpeza ordinária dirante a hospedagem. Parte das comodidades foram insuficientes para o período contratado (sabonete, shampoo, papel higiênico). Problemas com a fechadura eletrônica que necessidade revisão ou troca. A área do banho está inadequada e a água transborda para o piso (a cortina está mal colocada). Equipe simpática mas não resolve os problemas que são estruturais.
