This hostel has the best staff who are there 24 hours to help answer any questions you may have. The staff are always friendly and happy to help you. They also have many activities to get involved with if you’re looking for a good way to have fun and meet other people. Rooms are clean, well kept and in good condition. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic for the price. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which was a positive for navigating the city with my, uhh, no bueno Spanish. The room was great, and the whole place was clean and secure. One thing that isn't necessarily clear - they have several activities like (free!) walking tours and outings Tuesday-Friday, and (not free, but worth it) tickets and transportation to fútbol matches on weekends. It was a great resource to have.

Vi hade ett privat rum som var rent och snyggt. Städades och bäddades varje dag. Trevlig personal som pratade bra engelska och hade all möjlig service allt från SIM-kort till att boka turer till event i staden. Köket hade vad man behövde och de gemensamma ytorna var rena och fina. Ligger i ett bra område som är lugnt och nära till tunnelbanor och bussar. Finns matbutiker i närheten och resturanger

Muy lindo. Personal muy amable

El lugar es muy lindo. La atención del personal es excelente, sobre todo Nicole, muy simpática y amable. Detalle para tener en cuenta: el baño no tiene bidet. La cocina de uso común es cómoda. Tiene un lindo playroom y patio. El desayuno (buffet)se paga a parte y es bastante básico. El barrio de noche es un poco oscuro pero se puede andar muy tranquilo. La estación de subte independencia (línea C y E) está a unos 500 metros. Realmente lo recomiendo.

Um lugar de boas experiências

O staff da recepção é muito atencioso e amigável. Fiquei num quarto compartilhado para quatro pessoas. O banheiro onde tem o chuveiro é bem pequeno e a cortina de plástico sempre deixa tudo molhado, poderia ser melhorado. A área de jogos é legal, mas tacos e raquetes poderiam ser renovados também. O sofá de lá também está bem gasto. O hostel possui local para guardar as malas, banheiros e chuveiro para quem ainda não fez check-in ou para quem já fez checkout. A cozinha é bem equipada com duas geladeiras, dois fogões e duas pias. Tomei o café da manhã uma vez e achei honesto, mas não bateu muito com o meu gosto. São oferecidos tours diários e algumas atividades como aulas de idioma ou de dança, o que facilita a integração da galera. Em resumo, o clima nesse hostel é muito bom e recomendo demais a estadia!

O hostel não oferece praticamente nada, sendo melhor ficar em um hotel, que oferece tudo (café, toalhas e sabonete). O preço não difere muito de um hotel, considerando ainda que o hotel dispõe de mais coisas. O atendimento do rapaz à noite é bem ruim também.

Spacieux, propre et confortable. Personnel serviable. Les casiers du dortoir (pour les effets personnels) sont très bien. Très bon rapport qualité-prix (si on profite du taux de change blue, évidemment !). Seul détail que je n'ai pas aimé : la cuisine partagée est trop petite pour une si grande auberge, et elle est assez chaotique car les résidents de longue durée y cuisinent beaucoup, y préparent des plats collectifs qui occupent tout l'espace, et laissent leurs affaires (ingrédients, condiments, etc) traîner partout.
