"The room was clean and the roof bar top had a fantastic view of the river. The hotel did have mildew in the water reservoir in the coffee machine in the room. I was disappointed that we weren't offered help with our luggage. We booked through expedia and not through Hilton direct and unfortunately - I felt a bit like a 2nd class client since we didn't go direct.
