Breakfast was a little disappointing, there were only 2 people eating, and the staff wasn't interested in replenishing the food, but the hotel itself is lovely, clean, warm, very good location

The staff was amazing from the moment I arrived at night. The front desk receptionists are very attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. Even the housekeepers despite the language barrier went out of their way to be of assistance.

A great nights sleep at this very modern, newly renovated property. The rooms are a good size, and well setup. The ac works great, hot showers, clean room, and a confortable bed. 24/7 check in counter was very helpful becuase many that i found closes the check in counter at midnight which is challeneging for late flight arrivals. I took the 100 bus from airprot directly to the property.

I wouldn’t of said it was 4*, they ran out of towels half way through the holiday and didn’t apologise just went back on her phone call, and we had to use hand towels to dry after the shower, we paid extra for a city view and didn’t receive it, the shower itself was beautiful, walking distance of things is minimum 30 minutes but Uber was accessible and cheap! It was disappointing as it was a birthday weekend away and the hotel didn’t live up to expectations

We decided to not use our reservation. Instead we asked if we could put a Ukrainian mother and her 5 year old child in the room? The hotel agreed and we’re extremely cooperative. The front desk staff was very friendly and their English was great.

L'hotel non è proprio così centrale,è molto vicino alla fermata della metro, ma lontano dalla città vecchia. Consiglio di prenotare nella città vecchia in quanto piena di locali e ristoranti evitando di prendere taxi o metro in ore tarde. L'hotel comunque nel complesso è gradevole e pulito, le sono camere nuove e poco rumorose. La colazione è piuttosto varia sia di dolce che salato e consiglio di farla in hotel in quanto nelle vicinanze non ci sono bar o pasticcerie.

Hôtel un peu excentré mais très facile d'accès

Que dire si ce n'est que tout a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre comme la salle de bains étaient bien agencées, très confortables et grandes. Le petit déjeuner très complet et bon. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Une adresse à retenir. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
