If you look at prices then its oky, but the hostel itself is not so good. The washroom was dirty and the dorms as well poorly maintained. There are people that live in those dorms forever, yes breakfast is included which can be a plus but overall the stay is very uncomfortable.

The property itself needs a lot of work, there’s alot of noise going on. Staff are nice and its convenience but they need to fix so much. The windows don’t close, the doors are loud, bathrooms are kind of unbearable.

This is a bait and switch. The manager wanted more money $100 extra. Said breakfast is not included even though i book with breakfast. Said i need to pay extra for towels. Beware! DO NOT STAY!! Trea us also not safe, very loud and suspicious activities in the front street.

The manager was helpful in a very bad situation where Expedia had given me the impression that I booked 2 dormitory type rooms only to end up having to stay in a dormitory with complete strangers exposing my little children to potential danger. It was such a let down and I want to ask for a full refund and an apology from Expedia for almost ruining our holiday.

Nous avions réservé deux nuits dans cet hôstel avec un dortoir réservé aux femmes UNIQUEMENT, comme cela était clairement indiqué sur l’annonce (voir photo). Pourtant, dès la deuxième nuit, un homme a été installé dans notre dortoir, ce qui est totalement contraire à ce qui était annoncé et à ce pour quoi nous avions payé. Lorsque nous sommes allées à la réception pour demander des explications et une solution, nous avons été confrontées à un responsable de nuit d’une impolitesse et d’un manque de professionnalisme inacceptables. Non seulement il n’a proposé aucune solution, mais il a également tenu des propos insultants. Je cite ses propres paroles : « Il y a un concert de me*** avec des Coréens de me***. Les Coréens, les Japonais, les Chinois sont des personnes ra****es et c’est à cause du concert qu’on est complets, donc je ne peux rien faire pour le monsieur dans votre dortoir. » Il est d’ailleurs assez paradoxal de se plaindre que son établissement soit complet… Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, nous avons également eu un problème avec la taxe de séjour. Malgré le fait que nous leur ayons montré qu’une partie avait déjà été payée en ligne lors de la réservation, ils nous l’ont facturée une DEUXIÈME fois sur place. Au lieu de vérifier la situation ou de chercher une solution, ils ont simplement rejeté la faute sur le site de réservation, sans aucune remise en question. Nous déconseillons FORTEMENT cet établissement !

O cara tem que estar bem necessitado pra dormir num lugar desse. De longe o local mais horripilante que já fiquei, fica num bairro muito barulhento a noite, gritos na rua, as camas são extremamente amontoadas, e é tudo muito velho

O Hostel é bom

O nosso quarto estava limpo. Eles são bem limpos, o café não é aquele buffet que tem no Brasil, mas era bom. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é o banheiro compartilhado, onde são os clientes que os deixam muito sujos. Mas até a limpeza do banheiro é ótima. Ah! Esqueci de escrever que o bairro não é tranquilo, pois tivemos que usar Uber ao sair e ao chegar, devido acharmos o bairro bastante perigoso com muita gente estranha na rua, muitos pedintes e moradores de rua.
