Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

Nice hotel in heart of Châtelain

Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The shower was really nice, with a normal head and a large shower head too. There was only two sticks of coffee, one normal and one decaffeinated which when used didn't get replenished. There was no drawer space unfortunately but we managed The only problem we had was the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with noisy and rattling beds. After this we had a quieter time and there was no problems with the hotel. This obviously wasn't a fault of the hotel but made for a tired couple of days. Reception staff seemed nice. Overall a nice hotel in the heart of Châtelain We didn't get chance to try the breakfast .

Great value for money

It's IBIS so you do expect small rooms and they where. Having said this, the hotel, room etc. was very efficient. New, well kept, modern, clean, efficient and having exactly what you need and wish for. I'd be very happy to return again one day. Excellent place, location and good value for money.

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage. What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. There a few restaurants nearby and a shop open from 6pm-3am opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and has A/C. I would say the amenities are very basic and they only give you 1 small pillow (had to use a cushion as well). The room did feel quite depressing as there was no decor (just a grey brick wall). On the whole, with some minor improvements to the decor and adding some more amenities, this stay would’ve been greatly improved.
