Property is a refurbished building. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. It’s quiet and a short walk to Brussels Midi. Very helpful staff and space in the lobby if you need to work. Terrace out the back is a sun trap. Would stay again.

Very nice stay with a delightful staff!

Check in was easy and the reception person was very accommodating. I have had physical issues and they kindly gave us a late check out so I could rest. They stored our luggage and we relaxed in the lounge after check out.

Lovely woman who checked us in ! spoke to us all about the area and where’s best to travel (and recommended an brilliant waffle house) , excellent customer service and breakfast spread was also every accommodating, would recommend to anyone travelling to brussels and needs close access to brussels-midi as it’s a max 20 min walk

This hotel was a great stay for me and my partner, the staff were especially the most memorable as they were always kind and helpful. It's not in the city centre but there's plenty of travel options that are regular and reliable. Theres also many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby. It's a great place to experience the culture outside the centre.

3 lads over to watch Royal Union - we failed to realise the match was 30 miles away in Leuven.For what we wanted the hotel ticked the boxes.Area close by - St Gilles - good for pubs and restaurants.About a 15 minute walk from Midi/Zuid station ( Eurostar)

December in Brussels, 3C, and no central heating!

Everything was acceptable, except that there was no central heating working in my room (and as I heard in many/most?) rooms. It was December and 3 degrees Celsius outside at night (and the day I left, they expected 0C). They gave me a portable electric heater that could not really heat the room and it was noisy and uncomfortable. The price was high--no special deal--and this was totally unexpected. Otherwise, things were OK and the breakfast was good.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Bettwäsche sowie die Handtücher hatten Löcher, die man auch als Reinungskraft hätte sehen müssen. Das Frühstück war gut, der Platz etwas beengt.

Excellent séjour

Sejour de 2 jours pour decouvrir Bruxelles dans un hôtel tres confortable avec transports à proximité. Personnel disponible et sympathique, tres beau salon à l'entrée pour prendre un bon petit-déjeuner varié. Très belle terrasse également même si les températures n'ont pas permis de l'essayer. Hôtel recommandé.

Ich war 30 Minuten zu früh da, Check-in war trotzdem möglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, auch als es einmal ein Problem (kein heißes Wasser) gab. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber.

Excellent accueil dans cet établissement élégant, propre et pratique pour se rendre à la salle de spectacle Forest National accessible à pied en 20 minutes ou par tram. Petit déjeuner parfait compris dans le prix de la nuitée. Seul inconvénient : pas de parking. Il faut donc vous trouver une place dans la rue. Nous avons été chanceux et étions garés juste en face dans un quartier calme et sécurisant. Je recommande vivement !

Okay hotel i forhold til pengene Værelse er lidt slidt, men okay rent Kvarteret var stille om natten. Overnattede fra lørdag til søndag om sommeren. Morgenmad var lidt kedelig.
