"Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service.
