"Room was clean, hotel was clean. Went to swim and pool was closed due to swim lessons. Hot tub in pool area did not work did not heat up. Grand Canyon bistro on the lobby floor was expensive. Food was decent but they tried to tell me I only had one registered guest even though I paid for 2 breakfasts they still only gave me one. Also had a piece of metal wire brush in my croissant. Hotel staff was friendly and helping. I’d rate a 7/10 because of the pool and bistro "

"The view was amazing we got the Balcony Gotham room, while we didn't use it very much because it was too cold, it had an incredible view of the entire city and water. There are chairs out there too. The room was clean and the bathroom had le labo soap that smelled amazing. The rooftop bar is super impressive and classy as is the downstairs bar. It's not in the most convenient area to get around by subway but still worth it, I'd stay here again. "

"This hotel was FABULOUS! The view you see if the view you get! STUNNING magazine worthy view of the Brooklyn bridge. Almost kid free. The rooftop bar and lounge had stunning views of the Brooklyn bridge and Hudson river. Just minutes away from Manhattan and close enough to walk to the Bridge. Room service was excellent. Very clean room. "
